Roo is one of the Trusts volunteers GSDs who is appearing in Splash Dogs at the Pet Expo this weekend.
Roo lives with Janene ( and numerous fosters that come and go ) on the Whangaparoa.

Maara did pretty well yesterday too - and she'd already competed in the GSD display half an hour earlier. Really really hot in the pavillion - be warned! Splashdogs was such fun to watch. Could we have a report from someone who goes to the Expo today?

ColCol - are you saying that you were there yesterday, and did not stop to say Hello??

The final result was (I think) Molly - Black lab - 1st - 'DJ' Mark Leishmans beautiful Golden Lab 2nd - although he was consistantly 1st all weekend until perhaps the final heat ?? -Reuben Rescue GSD 3rd and Mara GSD 4th.
So the GSD's did us all proud, beating the 'water dogs' Springer Spaniel, Curly Coat Retrievers, Golden Retriever, German Short Haired Pointer....

You were just a bit busy at the time and it was so hot out there! But yes, I was rude and didn't say hello, sorry - but I was there! It's inspried me to take Molly to the beach though. I'm going to try to take her tonight and see what happens
