For those of you that are interested, i took Stephen to the hospital on Monday and you will never guess what,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, They took one of his crutches off him and said that he can now start putting all of his weight on his feet!!! So big YAY for us. Not allowed to go back to work yet but surgeon is really happy with how he is healing.
Just thought i would share our news, even if it is off topic!

Thanks heaps guys. Just quietly i think he may have tried to overdo things a tad today (i see he is in his wheelchair tonight!) (guess that is what happens when you try and do fencing a couple of weeks out of your wheelchair!!!!!!!!!)

K9Loyal, my husband smashed both heels after a fall from his truck in November and has been in a wheelchair until the beginning of Feb. They then gave him a pair of crutches. He is now down to one crutch. After an operation to put a plate and pins in, and lots of physio he is ALMOST back to normal again.(unfortunatly he thinks that he IS back to normal!!!)

Well, you ladies should know what to do...you ladies can make men stand in their tracks, you have the advantage over us men!!

Hey Kelly, thats really great news, now maybe it won't be long & he can run around after you instead of you running around after him. Tell him to leave the fences alone they aren't going anywhere lol

Yip, have been going over to Hamilton twice a week but hopefully will not have to do that for much longer and we have also just started going over to the Tokoroa pools on a Friday night. Good for Stephen and a bit of a treat for the kids aswell! (never mind that i have to try and wrestle a one year old and a two year old who both want to be in different pools!!!)hehe na its all good!
