I am pleased to say that Britta, Meg, Kaiser and Manny have now found their forever homes.

I want to wish Britta all the best in her new home and it was an absolute pleasure in meeting her the day I picked her up from Taupo and transported her to Cambridge. Beautiful wee girl.

Oh, Denise, with regards to this family here in my hometown with Sheba, they still want to give her up. Even though they are happy for me to work with them to take her for walks, they know the kids will just get tied of her. Unfortunately, when I turned up on Monday, she was tied up on the chain again as a punishment. However I think she spends most of her time on the chain.
With a bit of love and proper care, she just wants to please and is very trainable. I know we have discussed Sheba on the phone, so I think replacing her is the best option.

You ever have those home checks where you just KNOW that you have found the perfect owners and home for a dog. I had one last night, for Kaiser.
Lovely lovely lady with breed experience and a super dog friendly property, two doors away from the local park. Kaiser will be like a pig in muck.

Thanks Kate for doing Kaiser's home check so promptly. I can always count on you if a dog in your area (or whatever area really) needs help you will drop everything. Liz is another who has given her heart & soul to the GSDs consistently over many years. You both are real treasures

Kaiser was neutered yesterday and I will be taking him to his new home on Saturday. His new mum and dad are happy to give the TLC (neutering was a bit more extensive as he had a retained manly bit and needed abdominal surgery) he is going to need for a bit,
