Hi everybody.good news.i got my ITA on 23rd october.now i am in process of filing my ITA but problem is that all these procedures of getting police clearances and evaluations from NZQA are all time taking jobs.moreover my wife was pregnant when our EOI was selected and now we got one more member added to our ITA on 19 nov 2009,now we need his date of birth certificate, fresh passport etc etc.so all together delay is inevitable.
my question is that whats the maximum time limit which one applicant can get in addition to 4 months of stipulated timeframe?
my case is with new zealand high commission, new delhi, india.

We are planning to come and live in NZ within the next few years. We would love to talk to people about the wonderful culture and life style, make friends and ask for help and advice. Take care, Tonya and Pip

Hi Tonya and Pip

How exciting - New Zealand is a wonderful place to live.
Just ask as many questions as you would like to know and we'd be happy to give your our thoughts, advice and experience in emigrating.

Look forward to your questions :-)

Hi Romir

How frustrating for you but don't give up!

I am unable to give out immigration advice but I will pass your details onto a licensed and registered Immigration Consultant who Simply NZ works alongside.

Many thanks and good luck

Hi Romir

The following information has been passed to us by one of our associate Immigration Agents...

"In special circumstances an extension may be given by writing to your Case Manager and addressing the delay".

Good luck
