I am a fully certified interwoven TeamSite (Web Content Management) consulant.I have 2 certifications. 1.developer and 2. Administrator. I have about 4+ years of IT experience. What are the chances for my profile in Kiwi land. I understand that this particular skill is much sought after in AUS . But I prefer NZ to AUS as I am big fan of hiking and adventure :-) Also I like kiwi weather... Pls advice.....

IT professioanls are currently skilled shortages in New Zealand, so the chances are pretty good. In regards to your certifications, Generally in New Zealand they only Recognise national level 4 qualifications for the Computer industry, However if your qualifications were a level 7 you will be able to claim points for a area of skill shortage.

However you have better chances if you have a job offer which demonstrates your ability to settle down.
