I think we better wait until the result of the xray etc to see if her injuries are treatable otherwise I will have to be sending money back to you all. Finger's crossed they are treatable.

Yes karma has a way of sneaking up on you when you least expect it. As they say what goes around comes around, swings and roundabouts. Polly has incredibly soft “got ya sucked in” eyes. Eye’s a big softy like me would fall head over heals with. It never ceases to amaze me what the so call ‘civilized humans’ can do to loving creatures like Polly. Lets’ hope being so young she has that in her favour with being treated. I won’t type what I hope happens to the person(s) who did this, cause it would have to be censored and is not lady like anyway!! There judgment day will come.

What's to bet no one gets charged or if they do, they get off with a fine. There is also a kitten at the SPCA with three broken legs and pelvic injuries from a beating too.
My hubby saw a few guys on site the other day dragging something along the ground. He walked over and saw it was a stray kitten they had found and tied a rope around it's neck. Hubby got a tad upset and lets just say the kitten was released and those guys don't cross my hubbys path anymore.
I hope Polly gets the help she needs and the owners get what's coming to them. Even if it wasn't the owner, they're responsible for keeping her safe.

Has anyone heard anymore to whether Polly's injuries are treatable? I think from memory ( which isn't that good at times!!) that her results from x-ray's etc were due this arvo. I hope Polly can be treated and she enjoys a long and loving life. Keep us updated as to progress.
