This 5th Otago Festival of the Arts will take place in Dunedin 3 October to 12 October & will include more than 40 International & New Zealand events. Australian pianist DAVID HELFGOTT will open the Festival & will perform works by Rachmaninov, Chopin & Liszt, this will be on for 1 night only.
Other performers are the Canadian Fiddlers, BARRAGE & they are described as "like heavy metal on violins", THE CAMUT BAND, a Barcelona troupe of male dancers & musicians who meld Spanish dance with African percussion described as " Tap Dogs vs Strike.
