The Tulip Festival
The Tulip Festival promises to be a weekend full of dance, music, food, fun and stunning displays of Spring... most importantly, the Tulip!

This is Southern Tasmania's major spring celebration and will be held in the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens from 10.00am - 4.00pm on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th October 2007.

Sir Elton John Concert
In December get ready to rock your socks off with the one and only Sir Elton John!

Playing at the Aurora Stadium in Launceston on Saturday 8th December, this promises to be a fabulous event.

Performing solo for the first time ever in Australia, these solo concerts will be a magical way to experience and enjoy the brilliance of Elton John's music. On stage, just Elton John and a piano, audiences will be able to experience the breadth of his composing talent, listening to hit song after hit song from 35 years at the top of the charts.
