Hi, I have a question and wonder if others could help. I am planning to take my X'mas holiday in NZ. I have submitted an online booking for heli-flight on the website

I have received no acknowledgement email after the booking from Scenic Flights Co. I did send many follow-up emails to the co. [email]info@scenic-flights.co.nz.[/email] Still no reply. Does anyone know whether the website or the co. is still operating? Or have they closed the business already?

Yes the business is still going, I will ask them why they have not replied to you.

Gidday there, I gave them a phone call on their NZ toll free number which is to the left of this message at the top of the Website!!! 0800 800 793 and spoke to a very friendly lady that advised the person who is arranging all online bookings is away due to unforseen circumstances, which just means there will be a small delay in confirming your booking.

However, if you have any concerns or want a confirmation for your booking, you can phone them freephone 0800 800 793 or use the Fax Booking Form and fax directly to their office.
