WOW, it took me this long to figure out how to post a message....
Hi everyone, I have been in contact with the GSD rescue who advised me to post a message in here (here goes lol), I found a beautiful GSD female aprox 18mths old, good nature altho a bit timaru with objects ie like the broom etc other than that just a normal young GSD, found in the Timaru District and all avenues have been covered ie paper adverts, pound, spca, etc but still no one came forward. I have 5 dogs so she cant stay here with me (sniff sniff) so if anyone lost post here or if interested in her please go through the GSD site adoption (hope that was right).
Thanks everyone PS I will add photo once I figure that one out.

Hi All , If required I can recover this Dog to Auckland Next week if we can find a foster home for her. She looks beautiful. Can stay with us as Kaiser would give her more serious timidity problems.

Let me Know,

Sean , Kaiser and Kahn-Paris Hilton's other Handbag dog

She is going to be called Zena as her new owners have decided, They are very lucky people as we have all fallen in love with her. Zena will be leaving Timaru today and starting her new life just north of Christchurch. As she has been only here for a short time, Zena has fitted in so well it seems as thou she has been here for years.

It's not going to be easy parting later on in the day.

All the best Zena hope you have a wonderful new life with your new family.

Miss you

Diane,Tyr & Jarna

Hi Everyone! Xena has settled in with no problems at all. She is a pleasure to take out on a lead, sits by her bowl ready for brekkie, sits on command, travels well in our mini bus (went out for another trip today to pick up daughter no 2) and is currently stretched out by the log burner, worn out! We had family over today and she just strolled up introduced herself and waited to be adored. My 8 year old was a bit wary of her as she was excitable yesterday but he has been "training her" today and she comes to him when he calls and sits on command. He says he is not worried any more.

If you are reading this and wondering if you too can adopt a dog I can only tell you we have just had 24 hours of fun and nothing else to talk about!!

Xena is all mine tomorrow as everyone is off to school and work and I am looking forward to her company.

Well done GSD Trust you have saved another beautiful dog and filled a vacancy in our hearts.

Xena means "friendly" but I hope that doesn't include burglars!!!

xxxx Ngaire and the tribe
