What can I do in Franz? Do I need one night or more? Is there just the glacier to visit?

Places are limited on flights and walks, and every day I have guests who are missing out. So make the enquiries well ahead of time. You do not need to prepay, but you certainly need to prebook. In fact for a limited time, I can even offer you discouts (15-20% off some flights)

There is helihiking, a combination helicopter ride and glacier walk in some of the most spectacular scenery in Godzone.

Aeroplane overflights of the glaciers and Mount Cook...excellent value for money, and once in a lifetime views. We can also offer helicopter scenic flights, these all include a snow landing, a fantastic way to get your feet wet!!

There are rainforest jetboat tours, seasonal excursions into the famous White Heron Bird colony, also home to shags and other native birds. There is also an exclusive night kiwi sighting tour, boasting an 85% success rate to date!
