It is not that easy but can be done this way if the photo is not already online.
1) Attach the photo with your message and post it.
2) Once your message is active, click on the attachment link at the top to view the image.
3) copy/note the image location/path from your address bar at the top.
4) Now you can edit your message and enter the location using the Instant UBB Code
You can see one at the top of this message and I have attach the image the same way.
If your code look like this..

I would also UN-Tick "Mark as Edited?" if doing it that way!
It will display like the image below.
