We are a new company and will be launching our business mid 2012. Ballooning is considered an adventure aviation activity and effective 01 May 2012 all commercial balloon operators must operate under the Civil Aviation Authority Rule Part 115 - for Adventure Aviation Operators. We cannont begin operating until CAA has sighted and approved our Part 115.
