From: Ellen Jung Date: Tue 3/04/12 12:07AM Message: I did a barrista course with Roger Sheppard last year (2011) and soon after successfully completing the course I obtained a barrista role with Savvy Cafe in Te Awamutu.
The course with Roger of Origin Coffee gave me a relevant qualification and confidence in my ability to deliver a great coffee. I enjoyed my first barrista role and have just obtasined a new job in Hamilton.
Roger was a thorough and patient teacher and I would recommend the course to other aspring or novice barristas.

From: Briar Johnston Date: Tue 27/03/12 9:52AM Message: Yes, feel free to put this on your message board and yes, I am still sucking the chocolate coated beans, I can make one last 3 days now! Although travelling 20000km for a coffe seems tempting the amount of airline food and airport-coffee I will have to consume to get there makes the whole exercise seem futile. I might just book a holiday in Italy to get over it..
Gotta run, there are loads more patients and another lovely medio-mocha-with-an-extra-shot-of-espres so from Costa Coffe waiting for me. I think I am going to cry now...
Dear Ralf,
I'm not sure whether I should be thanking you for your comments. Made me laugh on a Monday morning anyway!
Send me your credit card details and I will send some chocolate coated coffee beans which may go some way to alleviate the symptoms of your habit, alternatively you will just have to come back here.
Hope you and the family are well and enjoying summer.
Cheers Roger
From: Ralf Genthe Date: Tue 15/06/10 5:14PM Message: Comments: COSTA COFFEE! I have to drink bloody Costa Coffe just to get a half decent cup her in Essex. After cultivating the habit of wandering down from the medical centre to get my mid-morning coffee while I was in OTO, I got hooked and now cannot go without. But the depth of depravity I have to sink here to to feed the habit make me shudder.
It is all your fault, and I would like to know what you are going to do about it? Missing you (r coffee) Greetings
Ralf
From: Ralf Genthe Date: Tue 15/06/10 5:11PM Message: Very good coffee. Tastes excellent, in my opinion. Customers always comment well on it and as a result I only use your coffee in my shop. The barista complains if I order anything else, because our regulars notice immediatly. Keep up the good work and standard of quality.
From: Jane Williams Date: Mon 17/05/10 8:57PM Message: Really nice coffee. Had some good comments about it. OR.... maybe it's just my barrista skills?????Hahaha!!!
From: Murray Liddell Date: Wed 2/09/09 2:27PM Message: Hi Roger, a friend persuaded me to try a new coffee!!!
Couldn't wait to give it away and go back to the best coffee ever. Think I might be addicted! Marie

From: Amy Date: Thu 20/08/09 7:13AM Message: Hi Roger. After travelling around locally and overseas and trying coffees from our local supermarket, I can report that Origin is still the one that I enjoy the most - consistent, smooth and with lots of body. It is a great pleasure to drink a cup of your coffee.
